Facts about the technology
Precise Position Control
Thanks to its specially designed hydraulic and control system, high speed and position accuracy is achieved while eliminating all the disadvantages of hydraulic presses.
Stepless Stroke Adjustment
The stroke can be steplessly adjusted without the need for any mechanical equipment.
Force Can be Applied Throughout the Entire Stroke
Unlike mechanical presses, it can generate force throughout the entire stroke. Without loss of working force, deep drawing and pressing operations are possbile.
Continuous Force Limit and Power Control
The press can be programmed so that it does not exceed the specified force during the entire stroke. Optionally, its possbile to use position dependent or independent force control at the end point.
Reduction of Mold Wear
All movements can be controlled. In this way, the stroke is completed as soon as possible and without permitting the deformation of the mold.
Energy-Saving
With its innovative hydraulic and automation system design, less energy is consumed compared to similar hydraulic presses. Optionally enhanced savings can be achieved by using advanced servo pump systems.
Integrated software that combines hydraulic and mechanical servo press working functions
The press software offers a perfect working and data collection environment with mold / tool prescription, reporting and alarm monitoring functions.
Industry 4.0 Preparation
The computer-based automation system can be connected to the intra-firm networks via wired and wireless connection and can optionally share data directly with all automation system protocols.
Mechanical Fatigue-Resistant Body
Computer-aided design and analysis processes have been carried out in both press and hydraulic system designs to create the most suitable design.
